JD is a founding partner of Performance Consulting International, a global management training and communications consultancy. As a trainer and coach, JD has extensive global experience working with international organizations.
His list of clients includes: Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the United Nations, JP Morgan and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. JD holds a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and is a certified executive coach.
Michael was born in Mexico City and grew up in Los Angeles, California. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of California at Irvine, a High Diploma in Violin Performance “with honors” from the Vienna Conservatory of Music. In 2007, following 3 years as a violinist with the Vienna Radio Symphony, Michael re-invented himself and founded Executive Relocations Austria. E.R.A. currently provides corporate relocation services for a number of high-profile companies throughout Austria.
In 2012 Michael was certified in the use of the full suite of Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI) and established “Podium – Innovative Talent Development” to provide comprehensive whole-brain learning & development solutions for domestic and international organizations. Michael has led trainings throughout Austria working with top managers and executives, with a particular focus on leadership, performance, and communications.

Freddie Silveria earned a BA in Communication from Saint Mary’s College. There he served as Student Body President and successfully completed leadership training at the Leon Panetta Institute for Public Policy. For two years, Freddie crushed sales for PepsiCo and was selected the 2013 Salesman of the Year. With more talent to give, Freddie transformed into an international speaker for “Breaking Down the Walls.” Here Freddie facilitates large group conversations that work towards improving school culture.
In addition, his skills are ever evolving as a Dale Carnegie instructor. At Performance Consulting International, Freddie feels joy when leaders discover new heights. It’s a dream how much fun he’s able to have working with leaders develop into their best!
Pete Cestaro holds an Bachelors of Arts in Social Science from Cumberland University in Nashville Tn an MBA from Dowling College in New York. Pete Cestaro's distinguished sales career combines experience in transportation services, pharmaceuticals and technology. For over 20 years he has worked for some of America's leading corporations. His sales training and management expertise can be traced back to his days at FedEx and Johnson and Johnson. His executive coaching and consulting clients include Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, the University of Austria, Auburn University and the United Nations.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Pete played professional baseball, worked as a sideline reporter for College Sports Television, and performs stand-up comedy. He's an advanced surfer, single digit handicap golfer and dog lover.
With a background in recruiting and developing talent, Alina has managed campus recruiting programs in both the private and public sector in financial services. Most recently she was the Head of Campus Recruiting Strategy and Operations at the Federal Reserve Bank of NY. Prior to that she was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan holding various roles in campus recruiting and analyst program management. There she was instrumental in helping shape the strategies and execution of the hiring and development of entry level talent in the Investment Bank and in Asset Management.
Alina’s expertise lies in campus recruiting and internship programs. She consults with clients on effective campus recruiting solutions, including on-campus hiring, internship and full time program design and management. When she is not advising clients on campus recruiting programs, she coaches students through their career transitions and over the years has helped launch the careers of many students looking to break through in finance. This is one of her greatest passions and brings her incredible fulfillment.

Aaron McDaniel is a corporate manager, speaker and author with a passion for helping organizations better engage their Millennial customers and empower their Millennial employees. Aaron pairs his multi-generational teamwork expertise with strong corporate experience, having been in leadership and management roles for nearly a decade. At the age of 27, Aaron became the youngest ever to serve as Regional Vice President at AT&T, a Fortune Global 100 company, leading an organization of over 60 people. Aaron was a graduate of AT&T's flagship MBA-only Leadership Development Program (as an Undergraduate), and was part of AT&T's Diamond Club, being part of the Top 1% of sales leaders worldwide. Aaron teaches at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and has built many successful ventures including three that were acquired (Access Invest, a mobile investment aggregator, Tycoon, the first real estate crowdfunding platform to be acquired & Pong360, an e-commerce portal targeting Millennials).
